  • Purchase entitlements: Records of in-app purchases processed by Apple or Google, verified through RevenueCat, to unlock content you have bought.
  • Technical data: Basic device and app information needed to deliver content and maintain the service (e.g. API requests authenticated with your session).

  • Authenticate you and maintain your account
  • Sync playback progress and favorites across devices
  • Verify and restore purchase entitlements
  • Deliver audiobook content via our content delivery network

Data retention

We retain your account and listening data while your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@karpanai.in. Include the email address linked to your Karpanai account. We will confirm when deletion is complete.

Children

Karpanai is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
